30-day return policy

All items purchased in our store are subject to a paid return - it can be done within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, the return shipping cost is EUR 10,00.

Please remember, however, that we only accept unused, undamaged items. You can unpack them from the foil and try them on the door, but please try not to get them dirty or damage the door handles. Before returning please repack in foil and color box, check whether all mounting elements (screws, spindle etc.) are in the original packaging.

Return procedure

Tthe item you ordered turned out to be wrong? At Infinity Line, we offer the possibility of paid returns for up to 30 days! Write us an e-mail at detal@infinityline.pl, refer to the order number and provide the reason for the return. We will send you a return label that must be attached to the previously well-secured and sealed package, as well as a pro-forma document with the shipping cost for the return, which must be paid in advance.

How to prepare an item for return?

• Place the originally packed product in the carton and close and seal the package
• Stick the barcode label on the shipment in place of the old label

The parcel will be collected by the ordered courier on a door-to-door basis.

Refund

Refunds take a maximum of 14 days from the time the return shipment arrives at our warehouse. As soon as this happens, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

The form of refund is a bank transfer to the bank account you provided.
