INFORMATION CLAUSE WHEN COLLECTING DATA DIRECTLY FROM A PERSON

In pursuance of Art. 13 section 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

1) The Administrator of your personal data is Infinity Line Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Babice at ul. Zakopiańska 3A, 32-551 Babice, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków - Downtown in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000350516, REGON 121172084, NIP 6282227366.

2) The data administrator is Infinity Line Sp z o.o., e-mail address: biuro@infinityline.pl.

3) Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) - c) GDPR in order for you to conclude an agreement for the provision of commercial services by Infinity Line Sp z o.o. with Infinity Line Sp z o.o., as well as to perform the obligations imposed on Infinity Line Sp z o.o. legal obligations, detecting and preventing fraud, determining, defending and pursuing claims, direct marketing, creating reports, analyzes and statistics, verifying payment credibility, handling complaints and notifications, technical support, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents.

4) Infinity Line Sp z o. o. is entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties (hereinafter referred to as: Subcontractors of Infinity Line Sp z o. o.). Therefore, your personal data may be transferred to Subcontractors of Infinity Line. Sp z o. o. based on the agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data concluded between Infinity Line Sp. z o. o. and the Subcontractors of Infinity Line Sp z o. o. Transfer Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement concluded by you with Infinity Line Sp z o. o. on the cooperation of services offered by Infinity Line Sp z o. o. in connection with which your personal data is processed, and after this period until the expiry of the limitation period for claims from title of the contract concluded by you with Infinity Line Sp z o.o. for the provision of services offered by Infinity Line Sp z o.o. However, your personal data recorded in the accounting documentation will be stored for the period specified in applicable law, including tax regulations.

5) Subject to the restrictions resulting from the GDPR and other legal provisions, you have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer personal data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time if the processing is based on your consent.

6) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority within the meaning of the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

7) To the extent necessary to perform the contract concluded by you with Infinity Line Sp z o.o for the provision of services offered by Infinity Line Sp z o.o, as well as to the extent necessary for Infinity Line Sp z o.o to take actions at your request and to the extent necessary to fulfillment by Infinity Line Sp z o.o of the legal obligation imposed on Infinity Line Sp z o.o - the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of a legal provision, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter b) and letter c) GDPR, without the need to consent to the processing of your personal data. In other respects, providing your personal data is voluntary. However, to the extent that you consented to the processing of your personal data solely for marketing purposes, providing your personal data is voluntary, but refusal to consent or withdrawal of consent will prevent Infinity Line Sp z o.o. from informing you about new offers and promotions.

8) You may be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, if we are authorized to do so by applicable law or you have previously consented to it.
